Real Estate Research Assistant Needed – Weekly Probate Record Collection (South Jersey)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Research Assistant located in or near South Jersey to visit local county offices and obtain newly filed probate records on a recurring basis. Counties: Camden County, NJ Burlington County, NJ Responsibilities: Visit each county Surrogate/Clerk's Office once per week. Obtain copies or a list of all newly filed probate cases. Organize the information into an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet. Scan or photograph any documents if needed. Deliver all files electronically within 24 hours of your courthouse visit. Requirements: Must be able to travel to both county offices. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Comfortable working independently. Basic Excel or Google Sheets experience. Prior courthouse, legal, title, or real estate research experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: This is a fixed-price, ongoing project.
