Real Estate Virtual Assistant – PropStream Lead Generation (Part-Time)

About Me I am a licensed REALTOR® in Chicago specializing in residential, investment, and off-market real estate opportunities. I am looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience using PropStream to help build high-quality prospect lists so I can focus on prospecting, appointments, and closing transactions. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Hours 10–15 hours per week Flexible schedule Remote Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Creating targeted lead lists in PropStream Pulling absentee owner lists Pulling vacant property lists Identifying high-equity homeowners Identifying LLC-owned investment properties Creating landlord and multifamily owner lists Researching distressed property opportunities Cleaning and organizing lead data Removing duplicate records Uploading leads into my CRM Creating Excel or Google Sheets reports Maintaining lead databases Tagging leads by campaign and neighborhood Researching owner information using public records when needed Preparing mailing lists for marketing campaigns Preferred Experience Candidates should have experience with: PropStream Real estate investing MLS data (preferred) Skip tracing tools (preferred) Google Sheets Microsoft Excel CRM systems Data organization Real estate lead generation Ideal Candidate I'm looking for someone who: Has previous experience supporting a REALTOR® or real estate investor Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can work independently Meets deadlines consistently Communicates clearly in English Takes initiative and makes recommendations for improving workflows Initial Weekly Deliverables Each week you will prepare: 100 absentee owner leads 100 high-equity homeowner leads 50 vacant property leads 50 multifamily investor leads Organized spreadsheets with: Owner name Property address Mailing address Phone numbers (when available) Email address (when available) Property type Estimated equity Years owned Notes Campaign tag Please include the word "Chicago" at the beginning of your proposal so I know you read this posting completely.
