Responsibilities You will receive a list of approximately 2,500 property owners to contact. Your responsibilities include: Cold calling property owners using our provided list. Build rapport and maintain a friendly, conversational tone. Determine whether the owner has any interest in selling. Gather detailed information about the property and seller's situation. Record accurate notes in our spreadsheet. Questions to Ask Interested Sellers, For homeowners who express interest in selling, gather the following information: What is the condition of the property? Have there been any recent updates or repairs? Why are you considering selling? How soon would you like to sell? Do you have a price in mind? What is the best phone number and email to reach you? What We're Looking For Previous experience calling for real estate investors or wholesalers (required) Excellent English speaking skills with minimal accent Comfortable overcoming objections without being pushy Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence Reliable internet connection Headset with clear audio Ability to accurately document conversations Honest, dependable, and coachable Experience working with real estate wholesaling/motivated seller campaigns To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your real estate cold calling experience.
