Rebrand 7 Brochures in Adobe InDesign

We are looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign designer to redesign a suite of marketing brochures as part of a corporate rebrand for an enterprise software company. This is not simply a logo replacement exercise. We have recently completed a comprehensive corporate rebrand and require an experienced designer to reinterpret our existing brochures using the new visual identity while maintaining consistent branding across all collateral. The successful designer will create a modern, clean, enterprise-quality design system that can be applied consistently across all brochures. This project has the potential to lead to ongoing design work as additional marketing collateral is developed. Project Overview We currently have approximately 7 brochures ranging from 3–10 pages each. The majority of the content already exists. The work includes: - Redesign layouts using the new brand guidelines - Replace existing branding with the new corporate identity - Improve typography and visual hierarchy - Modernize page layouts - Improve presentation of screenshots, callouts, tables and diagrams - Ensure consistency across all brochures - Prepare print-ready and editable Adobe InDesign files Some brochures share similar layouts and content sections, so establishing reusable templates and styles is encouraged. Deliverables The selected designer will provide: - Fully editable Adobe InDesign (.INDD) files - Packaged InDesign files with linked assets - Print-ready PDF files - Paragraph Styles - Character Styles - Object Styles - Master Pages - Organized file structure What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with experience designing: - Enterprise software marketing collateral - Corporate brochures - White papers - Product guides - Annual reports - Editorial publications You should have excellent skills in: - Adobe InDesign - Typography - Editorial layout - Information hierarchy - Corporate branding - Ideal Experience Experience working with companies such as: - SaaS - Manufacturing - Enterprise Software - Technology - Industrial Automation - B2B Marketing is highly desirable.
