Rebuild One Business-Book Diagram as Clean Vector Art | 3–6 Additional Figures or Tables May Follow

DESCRIPTION I need several diagrams rebuilt as professional vector artwork for a business book. This job is for ONE diagram as a test piece. If the finished work is of professional publishing quality and meets the specifications below, 3–6 additional similar figures or tables may follow. The Test Diagram The test figure is a four-level pyramid titled “The Accountability Pyramid.” The current reference contains: • Four stacked pyramid levels with short text inside each level • Numbered circles • A supporting panel on the right • An upward arrow on the left • A downward arrow on the right • A caption box underneath the pyramid I will provide the current version as a visual reference. The existing image is too low-resolution for professional book printing. The artwork must therefore be rebuilt from scratch as true vector artwork. It must not be traced, automatically vectorized, enlarged, or upscaled from the supplied image. Required Design Change The two arrows outside the pyramid should run parallel to the respective sloping sides of the pyramid, rather than vertically as they do in the reference image. HARD REQUIREMENTS • Final total figure width: exactly 4.125 inches, including the pyramid, arrows, right-side panel, and caption box. • The figure must be designed specifically to remain fully legible at 4.125 inches wide. It should not be designed large and simply reduced afterward. • Grayscale only for the print version. • The figure must remain clear and unambiguous when reproduced in ordinary black-and-white book printing. Levels may be distinguished through grayscale values, line weights, rules, borders, typography, or other appropriate print-design techniques. • No text anywhere in the figure may be smaller than 8 pt at final printed size, including arrow labels and text inside the right-side panel. • Remove the title block currently shown above the diagram: ◦ “The Accountability Pyramid” ◦ “How ownership, reinforcement, and escalation work” • The title and subtitle will appear in the final publication and must not be part of the artwork. • Typeface will be specified after hire. It is a standard Microsoft Office font and requires no purchase. DELIVERABLES 1 Editable vector source file: .ai or .svg 2 Print vector file with all text converted to outlines 3 PDF 4 PNG at 300 dpi and exactly 4.125 inches wide 5 PNG at 1600 px wide using the original blue treatment shown in the reference The grayscale print version should be designed first. The blue 1600 px version should then be derived from the approved grayscale layout, with the layout and typography remaining identical. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES If the test piece is approved, 3–6 additional figures or tables of similar purpose will likely follow. The test piece is therefore intended to establish both the visual standard and the working relationship for the remaining book graphics. These requirements are mandatory. Applications who do not agree to them, or produce work that does not follow them, will not be considered.
