We’re looking for a receptionist to manage bookings across multiple platforms and keep our scheduling organized. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy. You’ll coordinate with clients, maintain a clear booking system, and help ensure appointments run smoothly. This is a part-time role for someone who can stay on top of schedules, communicate clearly, and support a busy booking environment.
