Recover Admin Access for Facebook Business Profile

Summary

A Social Media Manager from 4 years ago appears to have listed themself as the Admin. I have sent a request for them to transfer the administration and they have not replied. I have a signed letter, copy of my ID and all the info to provide Meta, but I can not find the location to submit. Looking for someone who has experience with Meta's business suite to help me recover my Admin access. If you have other experience that can be of use to me in Meta Business suite, I would then like to learn about that as well. Thank you applying.
