Recreate Native 3ds Max 2021 + Corona File for 2 Twin Villas (CAD + Ref Images Provided)

We need an expert to recreate a full 3D exterior scene for two twin villas (including boundary walls and landscape) matching our provided CAD drawings and approved reference renders. Required Deliverables : 1. Native 3ds Max File (.max): Must open directly on 3ds Max 2021 (or saved down). 2. Render Engine: Configured exclusively with Corona Render. 3. Archived Assets: Fully collected folder containing all textures, HDRIs, and proxy files (⁠.cgeo⁠) with zero missing paths. 4. Complete Scene: Accurate 3D modeling, realistic materials matching the reference, lighting, and preset Corona Cameras. 5. Preview Renders: Test render matching reference angles for approval prior to final release.
