Recruiter to Find and Screen Arabic-Speaking English Teachers

We run an online English school for students in Saudi Arabia. We need 20-30 new teachers per month, ongoing. WHAT YOU DO - Source candidates, primarily from Upwork itself, plus Facebook and Telegram teacher groups, LinkedIn and Wuzzuf if you need volume. - Interview each one for 15-20 minutes in English. Send us a one-paragraph verdict: recommend, borderline, or reject, and why. - Chase them through onboarding: our English test, email address, weekly availability in Saudi time, Upwork contract, first lesson. A CV is not a delivered teacher. WHO WE WANT - Fluent Arabic AND strong English. Our students are beginners who need things explained in Arabic. - Must pass a timed C1-level English test. Real gate, many fail. Do not send people who will not pass. - Teaching experience with beginners. Reliable internet, headset, quiet room. - Free on Saudi evenings and weekends, and able to hold a stable schedule. - FEMALE teachers strongly preferred. Many Saudi families require a female teacher for a female student. This is our tightest constraint. - Egypt, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco etc. - Teachers are paid $3-4 USD per hour. Do not source candidates who will not work in that range.
