Recruitment Specialist $1,040-$1,250 USD/month

The House Cleaning Squad is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support the recruitment of operational staff (cleaners) for our operations in the states of Utah, Nevada and/or Idaho, USA. We are looking for someone who is creative, strategic, and results-oriented, with experience or a strong interest in recruiting through social media. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to hire cleaners in Utah. Actively recruit through social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, local groups, and online communities. Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms. Source candidates, conduct pre-screening, and follow up with applicants. Coordinate interviews with our internal team. Organize, manage, and maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline. Propose innovative ideas to improve both the volume and quality of hires. Work Arrangement 100% remote. Ongoing, long-term position. Direct collaboration with a growing U.S.-based company. Must be bilingual English-Spanish Compensation USD $1,040-$1,250USD/month depending on experience and availability. Performance bonuses based on hiring goals.
