Reddit Ads Optimization for B2B SaaS — Test Budget, Conversion-Focused
Worldwide
We're looking for a part-time Reddit Ads specialist to help us optimize an active campaign. This is ongoing work, roughly 5-10 hours per week. ABOUT US Spark360 is a B2B SaaS product for residential roofing contractors in the US. Contractors put our tool on their website, ads, trucks, and yard signs to capture and score their own leads. Our customer is the contractor who owns the business — not the homeowner. That distinction matters a lot for targeting, and we'll talk about it in the interview. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Create, Manage and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns - Test and refine subreddit targeting - Manage budget allocation across ad sets and subreddits - Monitor conversion performance and recommend changes - Report on what's working and what isn't, weekly - Advise us on whether Reddit is worth scaling for our audience WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT This is not a content or copywriting role. We have creative resources already. You may occasionally give input on ad copy, but the priority is campaign management and optimization. No development or pixel installation is required. Both CAPI and the Reddit pixel have been installed. Any changes, additions, etc. will be made by our dev team. This is also not an organic Reddit role. We do not do upvote services, karma building, comment seeding, or anything similar, and we're not open to it. Please don't apply if that's your offering. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (not "I've run one campaign") - Comfortable optimizing on a modest budget — this is a test-and-learn budget, not a big spend account - Conversion-focused, not awareness-focused - B2B or SaaS experience preferred over ecommerce - Familiar with Reddit conversion tracking (pixel, Events Manager, CAPI) - Understands subreddit rules and community norms - Fluent written English and comfortable working async DETAILS - Hourly, 5-10+ hours per week, ongoing - Fully remote, any location - You'll work directly with our team; no layers of approval TO APPLY Please answer the screening questions (brief responses are fine). We read them carefully and they matter more to us than your cover letter.
