Reddit Growth Specialist

We're looking for someone who knows Reddit inside and out to help us build BOB's presence across relevant communities. What you'll do: Identify relevant subreddits and conversations for BOB Create thoughtful, authentic posts and comments Engage with potential customers and answer relevant questions Find opportunities to naturally introduce BOB where appropriate Track traffic, signups, and leads generated from Reddit Help develop a repeatable Reddit growth strategy What we're looking for: Deep understanding of Reddit culture, communities, and what works/doesn't work Existing Reddit experience with established accounts and a genuine posting history You should come equipped with your own established Reddit accounts relevant to the communities we're targeting Strong writing and communication skills Experience with Reddit marketing, SaaS, fintech, AI, or B2B is a plus We're looking for someone who can actually operate on Reddit, not someone who just knows how to run ads or write generic social media posts.
