Reddit Marketer

We're a social media management agency managing multiple influencer accounts across subscription platforms. We're looking for someone who has already done this work successfully and can start driving results from week one — not someone learning the space on our time. This role is not for generalist VAs or beginners. We only want to hear from candidates with direct, provable experience growing influencer accounts via Reddit. What you'll do: Build and manage Reddit growth for 3–4 creator accounts from day one — subreddit strategy, account warm-up, posting cadence, and community engagement Track performance against UTM-tagged links and report weekly on what's converting Work within our existing systems and coordinate with our intrnal team You must have: Verifiable, hands-on experience growing Reddit traffic Understanding of subreddit rules, account aging/karma-building, and platform ban-avoidance practices Fluent written English Reliable full-time availability with genuine overlap for daily check-ins To apply, you must include: A short summary of your direct experience Evidence of past results — screenshots or a description of what you can show us in interview (we'll ask for a live walkthrough, not static images) Your expected monthly rate
