Reddit Marketing & Comment Removal Specialist (Organic Brand Growth)

We're looking for an experienced **Reddit Marketing & Comment Removal Specialist** to help grow and protect our brand's presence on Reddit through authentic community engagement and strategic reputation management. This is **not** a spam or mass-posting role. We want someone who understands Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and how to build credibility while helping manage negative discussions professionally and ethically. If you know how to create genuine engagement, increase brand visibility, and have experience handling harmful or policy-violating Reddit comments or posts through the proper channels, we'd love to hear from you. ## Responsibilities * Research and identify high-value subreddits relevant to our industry. * Build and maintain credible Reddit accounts with positive karma. * Write natural, valuable comments that encourage meaningful discussions. * Create engaging Reddit posts that generate organic visibility. * Monitor Reddit for brand mentions and industry conversations. * Respond to community discussions in a helpful, non-promotional manner. * Develop long-term Reddit marketing strategies that build trust. * Track engagement, growth, and community performance with weekly reports. * Identify comments or posts that violate Reddit's Content Policy or subreddit rules and assist in reporting or requesting moderator review when appropriate. * Work with moderators professionally and respectfully when issues arise. * Help improve our online reputation through positive community engagement rather than manipulation. ## Requirements * Proven experience with Reddit marketing and community management. * Strong understanding of Reddit etiquette, subreddit rules, and karma building. * Excellent written English. * Ability to write conversational, human-like content. * Experience monitoring online brand reputation. * Familiarity with Reddit moderation processes and Content Policy. * Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus. * Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research is welcome, but all final content must sound completely human. ## Preferred Skills * Reddit account growth * Organic community engagement * Reputation management * Brand monitoring * Community research * Content writing * Crisis communication * SEO content strategy * Weekly analytics and reporting ## To Apply Please include: 1.
