Reddit Marketing Manager for Community Growth

We are looking for a Reddit Manager to grow our communities, increase engagement, and build a strong brand presence on Reddit. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple Reddit accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing community performance to continuously improve results. Responsibilities: * Manage multiple Reddit accounts while maintaining natural and authentic activity. * Create high-quality posts and comments tailored to different subreddits. * Research relevant communities and identify new engagement opportunities. * Monitor community metrics and prepare performance reports. * Develop and execute Reddit growth strategies. * Stay up to date with Reddit's rules, policies, algorithm changes, and best practices. * Ensure all activities comply with Reddit guidelines to minimize account risks. * Complete all assigned tasks on time and consistently meet deadlines. Requirements: * Proven experience with Reddit marketing or community management. * Experience managing multiple Reddit accounts. * Deep understanding of Reddit's rules, moderation policies, and ranking algorithms. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver tasks on schedule. * English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
