Redraw existing logo for embroidery (hat production) vector cleanup, simplification

I'm the founder of Klippa, a lawn care tracking app (think Strava for mowing). I have an existing logo I love and am NOT looking for new concepts. I need it made production-ready for embroidered hats. The mark: A bold letter K with a small figure pushing a lawn mower up the K's diagonal. The K itself is embroidery-friendly (thick strokes, no counters). The figure is currently too detailed to stitch — thin mower handle, small wheels with cutouts, fine limbs. The job: Redraw the mower-man figure as a simplified solid silhouette — no interior cutouts, no line weights under ~1mm at final size — so the complete mark stays clearly legible when embroidered at 2.25" wide on a hat front. Reference the simplification level of the PGA Tour golfer or Arnold Palmer umbrella marks. Preserve the concept and proportions of the original. This is refinement, not redesign. Deliver a small variant kit (specs below). Deliverables: Master vector file (AI or EPS), all text/shapes as outlined closed paths — no live fonts, strokes, gradients, or effects One-color versions of the mark in: green #468367, cream #F2EDEB, dark charcoal #2D2A32 — each on transparent background SVG and 2000px transparent PNG exports of each K-only fallback version (figure removed) in the same three colors To apply, please include: At least one example of art you've prepared for embroidery or apparel production — photos of stitched/printed results preferred over digital mockups One sentence on how you'd approach simplifying the figure Confirmation you can deliver outlined vector files (not auto-traced) Applications without item #1 will not be considered. Timeline: Within 7 days. I expect 1–2 revision rounds after seeing the simplified figure. The file goes to an embroidery digitizer after delivery, so stitch-readiness is the success criterion — if the digitizer flags the art as unstitchable, that's a miss.
