Remodel blueprint and 3D rendering

Residential Architect / Designer Needed for 1,200 Sq. Ft. Home Addition & Exterior Redesign We are looking for an experienced residential architect or home designer to help design a major addition and exterior update to our existing home. Project We are planning an approximately 30' x 40' (1,200 sq. ft.) addition to our existing home. The addition will serve two primary purposes: A new master suite, including bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet An extension of our existing main living space, creating a larger and more open living area We want the addition to feel like it was part of the original house rather than an obvious addition. Exterior Design We also want help developing a cohesive exterior design for the entire house. The existing home has gray brick on the front and currently has white vinyl siding on the sides/rear that will need to be removed and replaced. We would like recommendations and drawings for: Siding material, color, and profile Horizontal lap vs. board-and-batten placement Trim and exterior details Window and door placement Rooflines for the addition How the new addition transitions into the existing house Front elevation improvements where appropriate We are currently leaning toward a clean, timeless design rather than anything overly trendy. Scope We're Looking For Ideally, the designer would provide: Review of the existing house and our ideas Existing/proposed floor plans Multiple initial layout concepts Final floor plan Roof plan Exterior elevations Window and door locations Basic dimensions 3D exterior renderings Construction-ready drawings, if within your scope Structural engineering can be handled separately if necessary. We can provide photographs, measurements, existing information about the house, and sketches of what we're considering. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with strong experience in residential additions and renovations, particularly someone who understands how to integrate a large addition into an existing home without making it look like an afterthought. Please include examples of similar additions or whole-house exterior renovations you've designed.
