Remote Appointment Setter — Addiction Treatment / Rehab (B2B, base + commission)

We're a Southern California company that helps addiction treatment centers keep their census up — through a program structured so the center is repaid regardless of results. Before we ever call a center, we've already run a free review of how families actually find and judge it online. We're hiring remote appointment setters to open new markets by phone on the strength of that review. The job, plainly: you call treatment centers, ask one question of the admissions desk, and ask them to have the owner or executive director call you back. When the owner calls back — most do, same day — you tell them we've already done a free review of how families find their center, and you book them fifteen to thirty minutes with our founder to walk through it. That's it. You don't explain the findings, sell, negotiate, or quote terms. You dial, you take callbacks, you book — and you're calling about something we already did for them, not cold. You need: a smartphone or a desktop/laptop with a headset (you'll dial through an app on our company number), a quiet workspace, and reliable daytime availability. Prior phone appointment-setting or inside-sales experience required. Experience in addiction treatment, rehab, behavioral health, admissions, or treatment-center business development is a real plus — you'll know the desk you're calling.
