Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are hiring Remote Data Entry Specialists for an immediate residential property management project. Work includes entering and validating property, unit, resident, lease, and related data in a web-based property management system. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are critical. Ideal candidates have strong data-entry experience, property management or real estate experience, and familiarity with Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Buildium, MRI, or similar systems. Reliable computer and internet access is required, along with the ability to work independently and start immediately. Compensation is $500 fixed price for a project estimated to take 4–8 hours, depending on skill, speed, and whether you work individually or with a team.
