Summary

We are seeking a reliable remote estimator to assist in preparing detailed flooring takeoffs and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring or quantity takeoffs, a basic understanding of flooring materials, and proficiency in Quickbooks and Google Sheets. Strong English reading comprehension and attention to detail are essential. We currently use JobTread, but you can use whatever software you want, as long as it works. Deliverables • Prepare detailed flooring takeoffs, including wall elevations • Assist in cost estimates • Review project documents
