Remote Interior Designer for Home Staging Projects

I'm looking for a remote interior designer to create staging concepts for residential listings. This is ongoing work with multiple properties, and I'm hoping to build a long-term working relationship with a designer to collaborate with. What you'll do: Review property photos, video, and floor plan/measurements provided by me. Create a staging concept for each room (furniture placement, color palette, decor recommendations) Provide a mood board or visual reference for the space Provide a shopping/sourcing list with links and approximate costs for recommended items Turn around each project within 3 business days This is fully remote. No site visits. All work is based on photos, video walkthroughs, and floor plans I'll provide. Pricing (flat fee per project, based on room count): 1 to 3 rooms: $150 to $200 4 to 6 rooms: $250 to $350 7 to 10 rooms: $400 to $500 10+ rooms: please quote separately ("Room" = bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, office. Hallways and bathrooms typically not counted unless specified.)
