Remote U.S. Licensed Attorney

We are expanding our network of licensed U.S. attorneys to support a growing high-volume trademark filing practice. This is an excellent remote opportunity for any currently licensed U.S. attorney—general practice lawyers, solo practitioners, corporate attorneys, or anyone seeking reliable, flexible supplemental income with very little day-to-day time commitment. About the Role You will act as the authorized U.S. attorney of record for trademark applications. Our experienced trademark team prepares each application in advance, including reviewing the information provided by the client, preparing the filing, and carrying out the administrative work. Your role is simply to conduct a final review of the application, satisfy yourself that you are comfortable proceeding, and submit the filing electronically. Because virtually all of the preparation is completed before the application reaches you, the review process is designed to be quick and efficient, with most filings requiring only a few minutes. Key Features $30 USD flat fee per filing Most filings take less than five minutes to review and submit No client communication No drafting No docketing No reporting or follow-up Flexible workload—you decide how many filings you wish to undertake Initial remote training provided Assistance with setting up any required USPTO filing accounts, if necessary Illustrative earnings: 80 filings per month = $2,400 USD Requirements Currently licensed U.S. attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction Reliable and responsive Comfortable using the USPTO electronic filing system Looking for a long-term working relationship as our filing practice continues to grow Prior trademark experience is welcome but is not essential. Full training will be provided, and our team handles virtually all of the administrative and procedural work before each application reaches you.
