Remote Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced remote Corporate Paralegal to support our attorneys and work collaboratively with our internal paralegal team. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a law firm setting, with hands-on experience supporting venture financing and/or M&A transactions. The role will involve a variety of corporate paralegal tasks and ongoing support for our attorneys. Strong attention to detail, organization, responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications is also required.
