Remote Part-Time Assistant (KOL Outreach & Operations) – MY/ID Preferred

About the Role: We are looking for a highly execution-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Assistant based in Malaysia or Indonesia to support our influencer marketing campaigns and local product testing. You will be responsible for sourcing local content creators, managing outreach, assisting with payments, and providing hands-on support for testing our product in your local market. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, evaluate, and reach out to relevant local influencers and content creators according to project requirements. Communication & Coordination: Lead initial communications, convey campaign briefs, guide creators through guidelines, and ensure smooth collaboration. Product Testing Support: Assist in testing our product/service in the local market Payment Support: Assist in collecting payment details from creators and confirming transaction completions. Data Tracking & Reporting: Promptly update outreach status, feedback, and progress in shared tracking sheets (e.g., Google Sheets) with high responsiveness. 🎯 Requirements Location: Based in Malaysia or Indonesia. Language Skills: Fluent in English (Required). Availability: Flexible working hours during standard business times (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mon-Fri local time), with at least 4 hours of dedicated support per day. Communication & Execution: Highly responsive with an emphasis on real-time communication, strong execution skills, and high attention to detail. Platforms: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). 💼 Compensation & Work Setup Salary: $200 - $300 USD / month (depending on experience and daily commitment).
