Remote Property Manager

Position Summary As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of property owner and management company accounts, taking full ownership of their vacant units from initial listing through signed lease. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring vacancies are marketed effectively, applications move efficiently through the leasing process, and properties lease as quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned property owners and management companies. Manage vacant units from listing through lease execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process. Launch new listings quickly and implement strategies to minimize days on market. Oversee rental applications from submission through approval, coordinating with owners every step of the way. Coordinate leads, inquiries, and property showings with our field leasing agents. Monitor listing performance and proactively recommend pricing or marketing adjustments when needed. Maintain accurate listing information, CRM records, and daily activity reporting. Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships. What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential leasing experience (required). Strong understanding of the entire leasing process, from lead generation and inquiries through signed lease. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple listings and clients in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems, property management software, or listing platforms is a plus.
