Remote Remote Freight Dispatcher & Carrier Sales Rep (US Logistics)

We are an expanding US-based freight dispatching business looking for highly motivated, sharp, and reliable remote dispatchers to join our team. You will be pitching US motor carriers (owner-operators and small fleets), onboarding them onto our service, and managing daily logistics operations—including finding high-paying loads, negotiating with brokers, and keeping trucks moving efficiently across the US. Compensation & Bonus Structure We believe in rewarding performance. In addition to a stable monthly base salary, you have access to multiple aggressive bonus streams and clear base pay upgrades. 1. Base Salary * $200 USD per month starting base salary. 2. Tiered Carrier Activation Bonus (Paid per active carrier) Earn a sign-on bonus for every carrier you successfully pitch, sign, and activate (bonus pays out once the carrier completes their first dispatched load): * Tier 1 (Carriers 1–5 in a quarter): $15 USD per carrier * Tier 2 (Carriers 6–15 in a quarter): $30 USD per carrier * Tier 3 (Carriers 16+ in a quarter): $50 USD per carrier (Tiers reset every quarter, giving you a continuous opportunity to maximize your earnings.) 3. High-Performance Review Bonus * $10 USD per 5-Star Carrier Review: Earn an extra $10 bonus for every positive, verified carrier review left after their first week of billable settlement clears. 4. Base Salary Upgrades (Truck Volume Scaling) As you prove your value and scale the number of active trucks you successfully manage, your monthly base salary increases permanently: * Base Salary Scale: $200/mo → $300/mo → $500/mo+ as your managed fleet capacity grows. Key Responsibilities * Carrier Acquisition: Cold-call daily leads of newly registered US motor carriers to pitch our dispatching services and guide them through carrier onboarding. * Load Booking & Negotiation: Hunt for top-paying freight on US load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and negotiate competitive rates with US freight brokers. * Operations & Tracking: Manage check-calls, handle driver routing, coordinate load documentation (Rate Confirmations, BOLs), and log daily operational activity. * Client Retention: Provide white-glove communication to ensure drivers are happy, loads are delivered safely, and settlements clear smoothly. Job Requirements * Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent for smooth communication with US brokers and truck drivers. * Shift Availability: Ability to work US market hours (covering operational windows between 3:00 AM CST and 8:00 PM CST depending on shift assignment). * Technical Infrastructure (Mandatory): * Reliable laptop/computer with at least 8GB RAM. * High-speed, stable internet connection (+ backup mobile hotspot). * Reliable power setup (Inverter / UPS / Solar / Generator backup) to guarantee 100% uptime during shift hours. * Willingness to run lightweight shift/time-tracking software (Hubstaff) during working hours. * Mindset: Highly organized, resilient on cold calls, and driven by commission.
