Remote Researchers for Apartment Approval
Worldwide
Apartment Policy Researcher — Web Research & Phone Verification nod. is building a database that helps renters understand apartment approval requirements before they pay an application fee. We are hiring multiple detail-oriented remote researchers to investigate screening policies for assigned U.S. apartment properties. Researchers will receive assignments and submit findings through our private research portal. Budget and paid trial The advertised $500 budget represents the estimated total budget for this research project and potential follow-on batches. Selected researchers will begin with a paid trial of 15 properties for $50. Additional paid batches may be offered based on accuracy, sourcing quality, communication, and turnaround time. The total project budget may be divided among multiple researchers, and the remaining budget is not guaranteed until additional work is assigned and approved. What you will do Review official apartment and property-management websites Locate rental criteria, screening policies, FAQs, qualification pages, and official PDF documents Prioritize the two most important areas: income requirements and credit-screening practices Research guarantor or co-signer policies when available Call leasing offices when information is missing or unclear Record the source URL, phone number, representative name, and research date Submit findings directly through the structured nod. research portal Clearly mark information as unclear or not disclosed rather than guessing Researchers should use straightforward, renter-style language when calling and should not introduce themselves as nod. representatives. Calls should remain brief, natural, and focused on general qualification requirements. Researchers must not invent personal income, credit, identity, or move-date details. Requirements Strong spoken and written English Clear, professional phone communication with U.S. leasing offices Excellent online research skills High attention to detail and accuracy Availability for some calls during U.S. Central Time business hours Comfortable using a structured online portal Willingness to report uncertainty instead of making assumptions Experience in virtual assistance, market research, data verification, real estate, leasing, or phone-based research is helpful but not required. A research guide, calling script, assigned properties, and private portal access will be provided after hiring. To apply Please answer the following: How would you verify an apartment’s income requirement if it is not clearly listed online? Have you previously made professional calls to U.S. businesses or completed phone-based research? What hours are you available in U.S. Central Time? Confirm that you are comfortable recording “unclear” or “would not disclose” instead of guessing. Begin your proposal with the words “Source first” so we know you read the full posting.
