Remote QC Specialist (Electrical Construction) — Bilingual EN/ES

RBT Electric is building a remote quality-control process for our electrical work, and we need an experienced QC specialist to help us move faster. Two main responsibilities: 1) Help our team finish an internal QC app — defining inspection workflows, checklists, and quality standards, and working with us to get it completed and usable. 2) Train a full-time QC person based in Mexico to run day-to-day quality control once the process and app are in place. Ideal background: - Quality control / QA-QC experience in electrical and/or construction work - Comfortable running QC remotely (reviewing photos, video, and documentation rather than only on-site walks) - Fully bilingual English/Spanish (you'll be creating SOPs and training a Spanish-speaking hire) - Experience defining or improving inspection checklists, forms, or QC software is a strong plus This can start as a contract and has the potential to become a longer-term or full-time role.
