Remote IT Support Specialist We are looking for a reliable Remote IT Support Specialist who can handle our company's day-to-day IT needs and provide remote technical support. What You'll Handle * GoDaddy account, domains, DNS, hosting, and email * NordPass passwords, users, and access * Setting up new computers and devices remotely * Troubleshooting computer and software issues * Managing company accounts and user access * Email and internet troubleshooting * Helping with printers, monitors, and other electronics * Installing and updating software * General remote IT support for our team * Keeping our company technology organized and secure We're Looking For Someone Who * Has strong general IT support experience * Is comfortable managing GoDaddy * Has experience with password managers such as NordPass * Can remotely set up and troubleshoot computers * Can support both hardware and software issues * Is responsive and able to handle urgent technical issues when needed * Can work independently and communicate clearly To Apply, please send: * A brief description of your IT experience * Your experience with GoDaddy and NordPass * Examples of computer/device setups you've handled remotely * Your hourly rate * Your availability * 2–3 references We are looking for someone who can become our go-to remote IT person and handle our company's technology needs on an ongoing basis.
