Remote Tax & Business Attorney — Client Zoom Consultations

Seeking an experienced, licensed U.S. attorney to provide remote Zoom consultations to our business clients who just registered Wyoming businesses and are seeking Semi-Retired work. We work with entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and companies seeking assistance with business formation, corporate compliance, and tax-related matters. The Role You will conduct scheduled one-on-one Zoom consultations with clients who have questions concerning topics such as: LLC and corporation formation Choosing between LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp structures Federal and state tax considerations EIN and business tax matters Corporate compliance Business ownership and restructuring Operating agreements and corporate documents General business-law questions IRS-related questions Business purchases, sales, and ownership changes Other corporate and tax matters within your areas of expertise Our administrative team will handle scheduling and client coordination so you can concentrate on consultations. This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with the potential for ongoing consultation hours as our client base grows. Requirements Applicants should: Hold an active U.S. attorney license in good standing Have meaningful experience with business, corporate, and/or tax law Be comfortable conducting professional consultations over Zoom Communicate complicated legal and tax concepts clearly to business owners Maintain appropriate professional standards, confidentiality, and client documentation Understand jurisdictional limitations and only advise clients where legally permitted Have reliable internet, professional presentation, and good availability Experience with the IRS, business taxation, LLCs, corporations, S-Corporations, business formations, or multistate corporate compliance is highly desirable. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required. Ideal Candidate We're particularly interested in attorneys who have worked with entrepreneurs and small businesses and can provide practical, understandable guidance rather than overwhelming clients with legal terminology. We're looking for someone personable and professional who can become a trusted resource for our clients. Schedule 100% Remote Consultations will be scheduled in advance and conducted via Zoom. This can work well for an attorney maintaining an existing practice who would like an additional source of consultation work.
