Remove Flicker Bands from a 2-min Video

Summary

We are seeking a skilled video editor to remove rolling flicker bands from lights in a 2-minute video using Davinci Resolve. Original raw video file where continuous flickering appears is about 8 minutes (which I'm happy to provide if it makes things easier), but a cut version (which is where we need to remove the flickering) is 2-2,5 min. Needs to be done in the next 5-6 hours from starting the project.
