Remove Logo from Videos

We are seeking a video editor to remove our company’s logo from three existing promotional videos. The logo is embedded in the completed videos. People and other elements move behind the logo, so this is not a simple removal from a static background. The editor must reconstruct the obscured areas naturally and consistently as the footage changes. Available source files: * MP4 copies downloaded from our company’s YouTube channel * MPEG versions that we recently located These are the only source files available. We do not have the original editing projects, raw footage or any other file formats. The selected freelancer must complete the work using the MP4 and MPEG files provided. Please do not submit a proposal that depends on receiving different or higher-quality source files. Your quote must account for the visible logo, changing scenes and people or other elements moving behind it. Project and pricing structure: This will be one fixed-price project covering all three videos, divided into three milestones—one milestone for each video. Please provide your competitive fixed-price quote for the complete three-video project and break the total down by video. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant before-and-after results, the proposed technique, expected quality and overall value. The selected freelancer will begin with Video 1, which is approximately one minute long. Only the first milestone will be funded initially. If the completed work meets the stated requirements, we intend to activate the milestones for the remaining videos. Continuation beyond the first milestone is dependent on the quality of the completed work. Future milestones will not begin unless and until they are approved and funded by us. However, the proposed fixed prices for all three videos must be agreed upon before the first milestone begins. Approximate video lengths: * Video 1: Approximately 1 minute * Video 2: Approximately 6 minutes and 24 seconds * Video 3: Approximately 4 minutes Scope of work: * Completely remove the outdated company logo wherever it appears. * Reconstruct the people, objects and backgrounds moving behind the logo. * Make the repaired area look natural and consistent from frame to frame. * Preserve all other video content and existing audio. * Maintain the highest possible resolution and video quality. * Preserve the original dimensions, aspect ratio and frame rate unless otherwise approved. * Check the completed videos for flickering, blurring, smearing, ghosting, duplicated imagery, distorted people or other visible artifacts. * Deliver each completed video as a high-quality, widely compatible MP4. * Include one reasonable revision per video to correct visible logo-removal artifacts. The logo must be removed. It may not be blurred, cropped out, covered with a box or replaced with another graphic. We are looking for someone experienced with AI-assisted object removal, content-aware fill, tracked clean-plate reconstruction, rotoscoping or comparable professional techniques. Application requirements: 1. Provide before-and-after examples showing the same footage before and after a logo, watermark or unwanted object was removed. Examples showing only the finished result will not be sufficient. 2. Prioritize examples involving people or objects moving behind the removed element. 3. Briefly explain the software and techniques used for those examples. 4. Explain the software and method you expect to use for our videos. 5. Provide one fixed total price for completing all three videos. 6. Break the total into a separate fixed price for each video. 7. Confirm that your quote is based on reviewing all three linked videos. 8. Confirm that your quote accounts for the MP4 and MPEG files being the only source materials available. 9. Confirm that your quote accounts for people and other elements moving behind the logo. 10. Provide your estimated turnaround time for each video. 11. Confirm that you will evaluate both available file versions and use the best source for each video. 12. Confirm that you will preserve the existing audio and deliver the highest-quality result possible. Please do not create an unpaid sample from our videos. We will select one freelancer based on relevant experience, before-and-after work, proposed method and pricing. These videos are owned and controlled by our company, and we are authorized to modify them and remove the outdated company logo.
