Reporting & Data Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote - PST Hours)

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Reporting & Data Coordinator to own the flow of numbers across our company. You'll collect reporting from every department, get it into our spreadsheets and systems accurately and on time, verify it, and turn it into dashboards and templates leadership actually uses. What you'll do: •⁠ ⁠Collect recurring reporting from multiple departments and chase down anything late or missing •⁠ ⁠Enter and maintain data in Google Sheets and internal systems with a high bar for accuracy •⁠ ⁠Verify numbers, catch discrepancies, and resolve them at the source •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates •⁠ ⁠Keep reporting deadlines on schedule and flag risks early What we're looking for: •⁠ ⁠Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, charts) •⁠ ⁠Obsessive accuracy and a habit of double-checking your own work •⁠ ⁠Comfortable following up with people across departments to get what you need •⁠ ⁠Clear written English and reliable communication •⁠ ⁠Able to work full-time on PST hours Details: •⁠ ⁠Full-time, 40 hours/week •⁠ ⁠Fully remote •⁠ ⁠PST working hours •⁠ ⁠Reports to the Systems and Automation Lead •⁠ ⁠USD $10-15/hour depending on experience
