Research Assistant — Build Contractor Prospect List (PNW Trades Companies)

I run an operations consulting firm serving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing contractors in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. I need someone detail-oriented to research these companies and enter the data into my dashboard (I'll provide login and a short walkthrough video). For each company, find and enter: Company name, city, trade Owner's full name Direct phone or cell number (not just the main office line — this is the most important field) Best owner's work email found Estimated truck/van count Any current job postings, especially operations manager, general manager, service manager, or office manager Which field service software they use, if visible Website and Facebook page Where to look: Oregon CCB license lookup, Washington L&I contractor lookup, Idaho DBS, Google Maps, company websites and Facebook pages (small companies often list the owner's cell), Secretary of State business filings, PHCC and ACCA member directories, ZipRecruiter and Craigslist for job postings. Target companies: roughly 4–15 trucks. Skip one-man operations and skip anything over about 30 trucks. To start: I'll pay for a 20-company test batch. If the data quality is good — specifically if the phone numbers actually reach owners — I'll commission 200 more. Please tell me in your proposal: have you done contractor or licensing-board research before, and how many companies per hour can you complete at this level of detail? I have a portal you'll gain access to with hundreds of base leads - your job will be going through them one by one and finishing the research / details.
