RESEARCH ASSISTANT: LOCAL BUSINESS LIST BUILDING 10 hours to start, ongoing if it goes well I need someone detail-obsessed to build me a clean list of home service businesses in the USA, using Google Maps and Google Business Profiles. For each business, you will collect: - Business name - Owner or manager name - Phone number (mobile preferred over the office line) - Email, only if it is actually listed - Website URL, or the word NONE if they do not have one - City - Trade - Star rating - Review count - One real Google reviewer's FIRST AND LAST NAME - A short quote of what that reviewer actually said Those last two matter most. I need a real reviewer's name and their actual words, copied exactly. No paraphrasing and nothing invented. If you cannot find one, skip that business and move on. A row without it is useless to me. You will also run a 10-point check on each business's website and tag the row HOT or WARM. I will give you the exact checklist and a spreadsheet that is already set up, so there is nothing for you to design. Target: 100 completed rows. I will review your first 10 before you do the rest, so we catch any misunderstanding early instead of at row 90. Requirements: - Comfortable in Google Sheets - Careful and accurate.
