To make each interview stand out, I need a resourceful, detail-oriented Research Assistant to help me prep by generating high-impact guest dossiers. Your job is to give me the ultimate "cheat sheet" for every guest: surfacing deep insights, unique story angles, and key background details without drowning me in fluff. Responsibilities & Deliverables For each assigned guest, you will deliver a clean, structured Guest Brief (Word/Google Doc) that includes: Prior Interview Database: A curated list of links to all major past interviews (podcasts, YouTube appearances, articles). Common Question Audit: A list of the questions they are constantly asked (so I know what to avoid or reframe). Bio & Origin Story: A concise background summary covering their rise, key career turning points, and business/entrepreneurial history. Highlights & Hooks: Standout stories, interesting facts, eccentric details, or key personal moments highlighted for easy reference. Unexplored Territory (Critical): A list of subject areas, business moves, or personal stories they haven't discussed publicly, or have only touched on at a surface level. This will help guide my interview strategy and make it stand out. AI Research Appendix: An attached PDF summary of research performed using tools like ChatGPT/Claude, including AI analysis of video transcripts, YouTube channel history, and public commentary. Required Skills & Experience Strong Research & Synthesis: Ability to condense hours of content and transcript data into a concise, scannable brief. Proficiency with AI Tools: Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, video/transcript summarizers, or web scrapers to accelerate and deepen research. Creator Economy Familiarity (also critical): Understanding of YouTube culture, influencer business models, and content creation. Sharp Editorial Instinct: You know the difference between generic trivia and a captivating story hook. Fast Turnaround: Ability to complete a guest brief within 48–72 hours of assignment, though some assignments will have more flexibility.
