Research VA - Decision-Maker Contact Research (B2B, Florida)

About us: Event Outfitters is a certified women-owned premium branded merchandise and corporate gifting company. We’re building outreach to large privately held and family-owned companies in Florida and need accurate contact research to support it. The project: We have a list of 20 target companies. For each one, we need the right decision-maker identified - name, title, and a professional contact (email and/or LinkedIn profile) along with a couple of quick notes that help us make a warm approach. What you’ll do • Research each of the 20 companies and identify the most relevant decision-maker (owner, president, or the executive most likely to own vendor/gifting decisions) • Confirm current title and a working professional contact method • Note anything public that’s useful for a warm approach (recent news, a shared alumni or civic connection, a relevant quote from an interview or article) • Deliver results in a simple spreadsheet we’ll provide a template for What we’re looking for • Proven experience with B2B contact/lead research (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools) • Comfortable working from a company list rather than building one from scratch • Careful, accurate work — we’d rather have 15 correct contacts than 20 with errors • Fast turnaround; this is a well-defined, short project To apply: Briefly describe your experience with this type of contact research and which tools you typically use.
