Research Participant Recruiter

We're a UX research firm that needs a skilled freelance recruiter to source qualified participants for research studies. You'll own outreach and screening; our scheduling team handles the rest. Studies range from general consumer profiles to hard-to-reach B2B audiences. A key part of this role is helping us build a proprietary participant panel from qualified leads over time. This is an ongoing relationship for the right person. Example Study Types Consumer: Sourcing participants in the Austin and Dallas metro areas who are actively considering switching wireless carriers and would be interested in a bundled home internet and wireless package. Candidates must meet specific device compatibility, account eligibility, and address requirements that require direct coordination to verify. Requires targeted social ad campaigns in defined zip codes across both markets. B2B: Sourcing IT managers with purchasing authority for IT management software, distributed across segments defined by company size (small through enterprise) and whether they currently use existing software or have none in place. Tight two-week delivery windows typical. Primary channel: LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter. What We're Looking For Prior experience recruiting for UX or market research (not job placement) LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter for B2B work Paid social experience for consumer recruitment Comfortable working with an internal scheduling team to hand off screened candidates Interest in ongoing panel-building work beyond individual studies Compensation Hourly base plus a per-confirmed-participant bonus paid on attendance.
