Summary

I'm looking for an experienced cold caller or virtual assistant to conduct market research by calling 20–30 independent medical offices in New York City. This is NOT a sales job. You'll ask a short list of 5–7 questions about how they handle after-hours patient communication, voicemail, and patient requests. You'll record each office's responses in a Google Sheet, including any pain points and whether they'd be interested in seeing a future product demo. Calls should be professional, friendly, and conversational. Experience with B2B phone outreach is preferred.
