Residential Architect / Draftsman Needed

Looking for an experienced residential architect, designer, or draftsman to help plan a renovation/addition to our craftsman style home. Will provide pictures of current space. Project scope: * Master bathroom renovation * Remove/open kitchen wall * Kitchen updates/new or modified cabinetry * Taller main-floor doors and windows * Relocate half bathroom * Add a rear mudroom/laundry room addition (I believe no additional roof will be needed but we need to confirm this) * Improve overall main-floor layout and flow Initially, I need: * Review of current floor plan/photos/measurements * Determine feasibility of proposed changes * 2–3 conceptual floor-plan options * Recommendations for the best use of space * 3D renderings are a plus Please send examples of similar residential renovations/additions, your estimated cost for the initial design phase, and turnaround time. Looking for someone who can offer design solutions and ideas, not simply draft what I provide.
