Residential AutoCAD Drafter for Permit Plans

We are seeking an experienced Residential AutoCAD Drafter to support our construction company on an ongoing basis. You will prepare residential construction drawings and permit plan sets for projects in Oregon, including ADUs, home additions, remodels, and other residential work. Deliverables may include site plans, floor plans, foundation plans, roof plans, exterior elevations, building sections, and construction details. We will provide field measurements, sketches, photos, existing plans, PDFs, and project information. Experience with residential permit drawings in the United States is required, and experience with Oregon permits, especially in Salem and surrounding areas, is highly preferred. Accuracy is essential, and building code or structural information should not be assumed when verification is needed. We are looking for a reliable freelancer for multiple future projects.
