Residential Bathroom Redesign

I’m looking for an architect or architectural designer to help me redesign three residential bathrooms and prepare a complete set of architectural drawings. I’m looking for someone who can help optimize the layouts, not just draft what I provide. I have existing measurements, photos, hand sketches, and several AI-generated concepts that communicate the direction I’d like to go, but I need someone with experience to refine the layouts and create professional plans. Project 1 – Master Bathroom Remodel + New Guest Bathroom The existing master bathroom will be reconfigured into two separate bathrooms. New Primary Bathroom The primary bathroom should include: * Large walk-in shower * Separate freestanding bathtub (not combined with the shower) * Double vanity * Separate toilet room * Makeup vanity area * Luxury, spa-like layout with efficient use of space New Guest Bathroom We’re taking approximately 60” × 112” from the existing master bathroom to create a completely new guest bathroom that will be accessed from the adjacent guest bedroom. The guest bathroom will include: * Walk-in shower * Toilet * Vanity/sink I’d like help determining the best layout for both bathrooms while maximizing space and functionality. ⸻ Project 2 – Powder Bathroom Design a new powder bathroom in a space measuring approximately 35” × 92”. Requirements: * Toilet * Vanity/sink * No shower or tub * Modern, efficient layout ⸻ Deliverables I’m looking for someone who can provide the complete design package: 1. Multiple architectural floor plan concepts 2. Final dimensioned floor plans 3. 3D model of the selected design 4. Interior elevations 5. Construction-ready CAD drawings (DWG + PDF) 6. Source CAD files ⸻ Questions * What software do you use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)? * Do you charge a fixed price or hourly? * What is your estimated timeline? * How many revisions are included? * Can you accommodate an expedited schedule if needed? * Do you have examples of luxury bathroom projects you’ve designed? I’m looking for someone with a strong eye for both functionality and high-end design who can improve upon my concepts rather than simply reproduce them.
