Summary

We are seeking a skilled estimator to perform a full takeoff for a residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimation and be proficient in using software such as Bluebeam Revu. Responsibilities include accurately calculating material quantities and costs, and providing detailed reports. This is a part-time role with a short-term engagement. We need you to be able to adapt to out software and use our costcodes for labeling and detialing which finish selections are for specific areas of the homes.
