Upwork Job Description I am a designer, builder, and developer of residential real estate. I own a 35-lot gated subdivision with large residential lots. If your pricing is reasonable, the quality of your work is good, and the work is completed on time, there could be additional projects available in the future. I am looking for someone who can provide high-quality residential drafting, architectural renderings, and animation. I suggest that the drafting be completed in sections or blocks so individual portions of the plans can be easily modified as revisions are made. I will only respond to proposals that provide a total fixed price and a breakdown of the fixed price for each step listed below. Also list the software programs you will use. I have PDF and DWG files, renderings, and animations for a home that I can provide that includes both one-story and two-story areas. There is also an option to add a second story above the one-story master bedroom suite and living room areas. The front door faces south. The project will be completed in the following five steps. Each step should be submitted for my review and approval before proceeding to the next step: Revise the floor plans according to the attached PDF file instructions. Prepare four wide angle interior renderings viewed from the a corner of the Great Room and a corner of the kitchen. Prepare at least three accurate exterior renderings/elevations. I already have several exterior renderings that may be accurate and can be used as a reference. Prepare an animation primarily showing the interior of the home. Possible exterior animation, depending on the results of the earlier work. I would expect the initial floor-plan revisions to be completed within one or two days. My goal is to complete the entire project within approximately two weeks. I have attached the available PDF files and detailed directions for the revisions. There are two stair design alternatives, Option A and Option B, that should be reviewed as part of the floor-plan revisions.
