I have the basic requirements and overall concept, but I need someone who can turn them into a practical, functional, and visually balanced layout. The scope includes space planning, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, circulation, doors, windows, furniture arrangement, and accurate dimensions. The final drawing should be clean, professional, and suitable for design review, with editable CAD/Revit files and PDF provided.
