Residential Renovation Takeoff Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to prepare accurate takeoffs and scope sheets from residential renovation plans for a luxury general contractor. The work includes: - Reviewing construction documents - Delivering clear, organized sheets with carpentry takeoffs and scope checklists for subcontractors (demo, electric, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, glazing, stone, tile, millwork and plaster/paint) - Comparing subcontractor quotes to scope checklists and identifying gaps - Writing clear scope gaps and questions required to be sent back to subcontractors for clarification/revision *Familiarity/knowledge of Buildertrend is a plus This is a part-time, ongoing role for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver results in the agreed upon timeframe (typically 5 business days to do takeoffs and scope checklists).
