Resize 5 labels with slight editing

Summary

I have 10 designs currently that are 4.75 inch tall by 5.75 inch wide I need them changed to 3 inch tall by 5 inch wide it is 10 labels total, i attached one flavor cotton candy so you can see example. I need done ASAP I need, AI file, PDF File and JPEG file and high resolution file for all 10 flavors. Pay is $30 USD I also have second job milestone, where all 10 files need to be resized and the 1000mg changed to 200mg. Will add $15 USD for that completion too.
