Resource capacity planning and tool setup to build a 12-month visual timeline for my crew

I am looking for someone confident in resource capacity planning to help me with setting up an easy to use system and training is on said system. We have a crew of 11 painters but struggle with forever moving timeframes and allocating our staff for the right jobs. We need an easy to use visual system to allow us to know exactly when we are at capacity, where we have spaces to fill and when we should look for more staff. If you have knowledge of an existing system or can help please get in touch. I am needing you to tell me what you need from me and take the lead to make this happen.
