Seeking an expert restaurant consultant to help optimize revenues, margins, and menu performance for a $1.6 million revenue restaurant in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The ideal freelancer will assess current operations, identify growth opportunities, and recommend practical improvements that can be implemented quickly. Revenues should already ideally be around $2mil with proper menu pricing and improved mix. EBITDA margins are very low simply because of inattentive ownership/operators and should be at 13%.
