ABOUT THIS ROLE We’re running a influencer campaign to show restaurant professionals how Hosco helps them find better opportunities and grow their careers — told by real people who actually work in the industry. We want someone working in a restaurant (any role: waiter, chef, host, barista, manager) to create one short, authentic video about the craft and pride of restaurant work, and how Hosco connects restaurant talent with employers who actually value them. COLLAB POST FORMAT Instagram Reels (native collab): You post — @hosco_community is tagged as co-author. The Reel appears on both profiles simultaneously. TikTok: You post and tag @hoscocommunity in the caption. We repost to our profile. DELIVERABLE — 1 VIDEO, POSTED ON BOTH PLATFORMS Format: 30–45 sec vertical video, phone camera is fine Platform 1: Instagram Reels collab post with @hosco_community as co-author Platform 2: TikTok post tagging @hoscocommunity in caption Tone: authentic, unscripted, personal — natural Hosco mention Timeline: delivered within 3 weeks of brief approval WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 10K followers on Instagram and/or TikTok [REQUIRED] Currently working in a restaurant in any role (waiter, chef, host, barista, manager) Natural on camera — conversational, genuine, unscripted Proud of working in the restaurant industry and can speak to the career authentically Can deliver within 3 weeks — flexible around your schedule WHAT WE PROVIDE Simple one-page brief: hook idea, key message, dos/don'ts One round of feedback before final delivery Instagram collab invite sent once content is approved Written usage rights agreement signed before payment TO APPLY Share your Instagram and/or TikTok handle and tell us in 2–3 sentences what your hotel role is and what you’d want to say about working in hospitality.
